Have your client call or submit a claim online.
When a covered system or appliance breaks down, have your client call HMS or place a claim online. Make sure they have their contract number or know the property address. We will want to know the details of the equipment, such as the make and model of the item, the symptoms of the problem (doesn't work, not cooling, no hot water, etc.) and where in the home the item is located.
